The Lettered Streets News provides current news and updates for the Lettered Streets neighborhood in Bellingham, Wash.
The Lettered Streets is adjacent to the city's downtown district. Maritime Heritage Park, which includes a fish-hatchery and park, defines the Southern boundary of the neighborhood.
This neighborhood was constructed in the late 1890's and early 1900's and was established as a middle-class community. Today, this neighborhood houses single family homes, apartment complexes, Whatcom Middle School, Battersby Field and Maritime Heritage Park.
